These terms apply when you use the Anchor & Pixel website or engage us for design and development work. By using this site or hiring us, you agree to these terms.
Anchor & Pixel designs and builds websites for local businesses. The exact scope, deliverables, and price for any project are agreed with you in writing before work begins.
To keep your project on schedule, you agree to provide the content, images, logos, and access we need, and to give timely feedback. Delays in providing materials may affect the timeline.
Each plan includes a set number of revisions and an estimated turnaround. We will always give you a clear timeline before we start, and do our best to meet it.
Once your project is fully paid for, the finished website and its content are yours. We may show non-confidential work in our portfolio and marketing unless you ask us not to.
Your site may rely on third-party services such as domain registration, hosting, email, and integrations. These are provided subject to their own terms, and we are not responsible for their availability or actions.
We take pride in our work and aim to deliver it as agreed. Beyond what we expressly agree in writing, our services are provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, Anchor & Pixel is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the work in question.
You may cancel a project before work begins for a full refund of any unstarted work. If work has started, we will bill fairly for the work completed to date.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the laws of Canada that apply there.
We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date above shows when they last changed.
